2011 now sees the release of the bands eagerly awaited follow -up to "Confrontation." in the form of the monstrous and devastating record thats simply titled "Switchtense". An exhilarating collision of vicious thrash-metal riffs with bruising hardcore rhythms, this new record is living proof that Switchtense are set to truly take things to the next level and make their mark in the world of heavy music. A must-have for fans of Slayer, Dew-Scented, Lamb of God, Legion of the Damned and Hatesphere.With 12 tracks in all, "Switcthtense" was recorded at Ultrasound Studios in Moita, Portugal, with producer Daniel Cardoso (Angelus Apatrida, Ava Inferi, Heavenwood, Head Control System), who also recorded the band's debut "Confrontation of Souls". Dew-Scented vocalist Leif Jensen makes a guest vocal appearance on "Legacy of Hate," which fuses the intimidating and guttural roars of Leif and Hugo with some truly crucifying riffs and leads.
